Cancellation policy
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact me at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Appointments rescheduled less than 48 hours prior will be billed half of the session rate. Missed appointments, canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours of notice will be charged at the full fee.
Confidentiality
Confidentiality is an essential element in creating a safe and supportive environment in which you feel comfortable to explore your challenges. Your clinical record is strictly confidential and will never be released to any third party without your written consent. As Registered Social Worker, we strictly adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice outlined by the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
